I was robbed; the rental car, which was left in the valet parking lot, had its spare tire stolen, and I had to pay almost $300 USD for the replacement. I filed a police report. I do not recommend this hotel.

O hotel é novo, tecnológico, bem localizado, atendimento tempestivo dos colaboradores. O pessoal ainda está aprendendo com recurso tecnológicos. Por exemplo: no meu quarto não havia controle remoto da TV, acionei o pessoal e foram até o quarto me ajudar a procurar. Não acharam, foram embora e não voltaram. Passado um tempo eu mesmo descobri que o controle da TV tinha que funcionar através de App, no celular. Tive que instalar e fica descobrindo como funcionava. A internet é bem rápida mas parece que é dedicada para cada apartamento. No segundo dia de estadia o wifi não conectou na rede do meu quarto e fiquei muito tempo tentando conectar a outra rede. Mas no geral o hotel é muito bom.

Bom hotel, novo e com quartos interessantes, com varanda, coisa rara. Tem um serio problema, falta de cade da manha ou servico de quarto e restaurante e como tem poucas opcoes ao redor, fica o aviso. Academia muito boa.

A localização é muito boa, os funcionários bem educados e prestativos e os apartamentos sao novos. Mas vale ressaltar que os apartamentos da categoria inicial são relativamente pequenos, principalmente o box e a cama q é de tamanho de casal normal. Ressalto tbm q tivemos um problema de vazamento na ducha higiênica e por isso tivenos que ser trocados de apartamento e ai nos ofereceram um de categoria superior com varanda. Este sim, em um tamanho muito bom. Alem disso, eles nao possuem nenhum serviço de restaurante. No mais, tivemos uma boa estadia
