We loved the ocean view from our 7th floor west room, very walkable commute to most places. The one down fall was our room had a musty smell to it, not sure if it was from the room being outdated or the ac unit, or both. friends of ours stayed on the 2nd floor east and their room was more modern and no smell.

Great spot love the view from our balcony and the gorgeous sunrises from our bedroom window. Despite all the Spring Breakers security and sfaff were on it. Elevators were super quick too. Definitely be back.

We enjoyed the location and the beach . The Room was same as 30 years ago with a little paint and some new curtains in living room Instead of the old blinds .. double bed with no bed spread when we arrived however after we asked them about it they brought us one . Was a good end of the summer stay !!

My husband and I did a quick get away after our daughter got married. The condo was perfect for just the 2 of us, and the condominium complex was great. We enjoyed being steps away from the beach and the security and staff was top-notch.

Great location, easy access to get to the beach. No need to check in at front desk it’s a keyless entry straight to your condo. Building and condo definitely needs some renovation done. But other than that a good stay.

This resort is beautiful. Unfortunately the unit we rented was filthy and dark and dingy. We were at other units that were owned by different companies that were beautiful. I’d advise anyone to do more research and book with a private owner, rather than a company!

Checkout on Expedia says 10 but when you get there it’s 9am although check in is still at 4pm the room was overall nice good location and gated no one without a parking pass or wristband allowed to enter parking is $30 for the weekend wristbands $6 each we stayed at apt.712 I let the owners know that if you just push the door hard it will come open it would not lock they said they would send someone out to fix it but never did each night had to sleep with a chair under the door handle to feel safe and hope no one stole our things when we left the room each day

The condo I rented is in severe need of updating. The furniture appears old but functional and clean, but not nearly new and as pretty as in most places I have stayed. The Sunbird Resort is under construction so there is extra noise and mess. The elevators were very dirty., however, they were fast, and did the job.
