Klmalar arızalı, tv kumandaları çalışmıyor. İlk gün bildirdim ama hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olunmadı…. Oda çokta temiz değil di. Bir önecikelerin tost makinesinde ekmek kırıntıları vardı. Oturma odasında yatak var açılıp kapanan, yataklar rahat deği. Berbattı kısacacsı
