Condo was very large. Bedding was great. Trek to the beach was a rough experience over the dunes. This could be very rough for some. Entry hallway had cracked tile and doors were missing from laundry. Kitchen and dining room light didn’t work. Pools were very nice and clean. Beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were supplied. Location was close to everything. Great spot.

Our stay was perfect in San Agustín and as for the resort the location was very good and the apartment was clean, the beds comfortable but needs minor maintenance, the towel rack was broken, the heater door fell and other small details, otherwise everything was fine.

There is no club house and no fitness center at this accommodation. The unit was exceptionally clean. The bathroom door is concerning as it locks when you close it and then can only be opened from the outside. Luckily my daughter had her phone with her when she got locked in, and could call for help. This should be looked into before any small children stay in this unit.
I used a hair tie to keep the door from locking one in.
The towel bar is missing so there is no place to hang a towel.
There are no hooks on the bathroom doors for towels either.

This property is nicely designed and close to the ocean. We stayed on 3rd floor with wonderful views. Parking was convenient and online staff were very responsive to text messages. Pool and hot tub were very clean and had easy access. Highly recommend this place.

Bday get away!

The room was absolutely amazing! Loved how big all the rooms were everything was so clean! the beds were super comfy. The big tub in the king bed room was so nice, just wish the jets worked. Loved are stay cant wait to stay again. 10 out of 10!

We liked this place very much. Not only the condo was comfortable with many amenities included, but it was closed to the (beautiful) beach, restaurants, a supermarket (Publix) and a Starbucks 😀 We will definitely come back soon!

Great property at a great deal. Very close and beautiful walk to the beach. Both pools and the hot tub were clean and not packed. Our rooms were big and clean. Condo had all the amenities and some. Id stay here again for sure.

There were two nice balconies off the condo. Comfortable seating and beds. Property needs a thorough cleaning though. One of the glass doors doesn’t close properly so it doesn’t lock. All in all it was an average stay.

Overall the stay was nice great view and walk to the beach but it was some thing so noticed around the resort that really needs some fixing and updating also in the room as well. The hot was didn’t stay hot long the hot tub was trash.

We were bummed to find the heated pool was not working, without any communication from the property. The 3 flights of stairs to walk with kids and groceries is no joke. Our room was absolutely spotless. The layout was great for a multi generation trip. The clubhouse is not worth any added amenity, it smells very musty. We would surely stay again.
