Funcionarios atenciosos, resort lindo, limpo. Unica coisa que peca é o metodo de cobrança. Definem e dao uma fita tipo pulseira e fica no braço. Na hora de pagar na saida, perguntam tudo que foi consumido, nao tinha coisa na comanda. Acho que se dessem uma tag com o numero do quarto ficaria tudo registrado. Na saida da praia tem segurança e fecha a noite. Poderia colocar uma tag e os hospedes poderiam entrar qualquer hora e ainda nao precisaria alguém ficar la sentado na portaria o dia inteiro.Sao apenas sugestões, o resort é maravilhoso, todos atenciosos e prestativos.

Ja fiquei algumas vezes nesse hotel, mas dessa última vez foi complicado. Limpeza deixou a desejar. Muitos insetos nas instalações do prédio e no quarto. Sugiro urgente fazerem uma detetização no prédio. Pelo custo ser alto e por ser em uma região nobre da cidadede esses tipo de coisas não pode acontecer. Equipe de funcionários serviço de praia sempre muito gentis e solícitos. Equipe de concierge e mensageiros muito educados. O que sempre salva
