The sheets on the bed had NOT been cleaned. That is serious. It took 20 minutes to run the shower water before it became hot. Never used any of the kitchen utensils as they looked terrible. The floor was clean and the AC was working.

I hurt my knee and we were on the top floor and the sweet person cleaning took our luggage up all three flights of stairs for us! The room was clean wish we could have gotten in a little earlier but we rented a car and managed without the room. 2:30 seemed pretty reasonable anyway. Thank you and ear plugs because if the music outside the room? Very thoughtful!

The property presented well from the exterior, and the outdoor seating area was a charming touch. I also appreciated the availability of bug spray, the presence of a friendly grey cat, and the ample parking spaces. However, the interior cleanliness of my room was disappointing, with a noticeable odor from a sponge left in the sink and numerous small spiders throughout the space. Additionally, the shower water did not get hot. While some aspects were enjoyable, these issues significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay.

This hotel is in a very scary neighborhood. The website portrays a different portrait of the actual hotel. In the WEBSITE portrait, the building is colored a pristine white and the sidewalks are pristine, and the neighborhood is presumed good . But once I got there, the building was dirty. The sidewalks were cracked and dirty and the neighborhood had numerous abandoned buildings. I had no choice but to stay because it was very late and I was waiting on my daughter who was on a different flight. There was almost no hot water. I had to shower with barely lukewarm water. The only good thing I can say is that the inside of this hotel looks exactly as the website.

Apartment does not look as it does in the pictures. I was given apartment 1. I will say that gaining access to the apartment was very good and the only positive. The issues was there was only 1 tv for the entire apartment which did not work. When i tried calling i was sent to voicemail and then sent a text. I tried going you the office but no one was there and it was closed. When i informed via text of the issue i was told to use the remote. Later a person knocked at the door to provide batteries. The fridge had water on the shelves. The layout of the sofas was not ideal to enjoy the tv. The bathroom was not clean. There was mildew in the showers. None of the rooms had a window. Each room had ear plugs and understandable as the apartment is close to the street. The curtains did not close properly as there was a sheer panel in the middle which was a safety issue for me as people could look in. The blankets and the sheets on the bed were stained. I will not recommend.
