Great Metairie location - very convenient. Very nice and clean, but needs more interior design finishes (art on the wall, a rug or two, more pillows on the bed, a couple throw pillows on the couch, etc).

We needed a place to stay while in town for graduation. This property did not disappoint. The check-in process was alittle confusing, but it was my fault. The space is clean and comfortable. The next time I return to New Orleans I will certainly stay here!

We had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere. There were plenty of assigned covered parking and that added extra comfort. The roof top was a great place to relax. I would highly recommend Latitude if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

While the stay was pleasant overall, my only complaint centers on excessive noise between 10 PM and 2 AM, seemingly coming from a party in the unit above mine. This was particularly frustrating given that the check-in rules and an additional elevator notice specifically state to minimize noise after 9 PM.

The apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. There is a kitchen with microwave, stove and dishwasher. Cutlery, glasses, mugs and dishes are available. The apartment appeared clean and very tidy. There is a game room, gym and pool on the property as well. The access code gives access to all the common areas. We were only a short 20 minute drive from the French Quarter and had no issues getting an Uber or Lyft to and from downtown. The host was easy to communicate with. In all we had a good time and would recommend a stay here.
