I wish every hotel was lien this one. Spotlessly clean, well-located, easy check-in, fast responses via WhatsApp from Limehomes. Above all, the hotel was absolutely quiet. I slept like a baby on the very comfortable bedding. There are bakeries and restaurants right downstairs, and the Palace in a two-minute walk away. The underground station is also nearby. Plus two grocery stores within a one-minute walk! Highly, highly recommended.

Great location near U-bahn and Schönbrunn Palace - definitely recommend for exploring Vienna. Room was clean and well presented. Limehome were great with communication through email and provided all information ahead of arrival. Early check in for free was available too.

Even though there was no reception, it was easy to access the building and the room. Great location close to the palace in a very nice neighborhood. It was about 5 mins away from the station. The room was larger I was expecting. Didn't use the kitchen but all the utensils to cook were present. It. We would definitely book it next time we visit Vienna.

Location was excellent for the Schonbrunn Palace and associated attractions in its park (e.g. zoo, concert in the orangery, etc), as well as for transportation to the rest of the city via tram and U-Bahn. Shops, restaurants, bakeries and bars all present as well. Location was the best thing about this property. Accommodation was clean but basic. All managed by the app, which I found slow and a bit clunky but it did work as intended. Access is via a keypad code given via the app. If there was a problem with setting up roaming on my phone, I'd have been screwed. Fortunately I didn't have any problems but if I had, I wonder how easy it would have been to sort out without a staff presence on site. I hadn't fully appreciated this until after I'd booked it. I probably wouldn't do it again for that reason but as I said, I did not have any problems on my trip.

シェーンブルン宮殿や 駅に近く立地は最高です！ スーパーやカフェも たくさんあるので生活には困らないです！ 電子レンジはないですが、他の調理器具は揃ってます！ 洗濯機は室内にはないですがホテル内のフロアに共同であります。

Vorab: die Lage in Hietzing unweit der U-Bahn-Station, sowie auch der Schlossanlage Schönbrunn ist super! Auch unsere Suite mit Terrasse war bzw. wäre wirklich schön gewesen... Äußerst unschön war, dass die Klimaanlage in unserer Suite im 5. OG bei verglaster Fensterfront kaputt war und dies über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt von 4 Tagen bei Temperaturen über 30°C nicht repariert wurde - trotz telefonischer Reklamation am 1. Abend. Um das Ganze zu toppen, hat der "Support" alles andere als supportet. Hier ist mir wichtig zu erwähnen, dass wir über sämtliche Kommunikationswege in Kontakt waren (Hotline, WhatsApp-Support, E-Mail) und keiner wirklich hilfreich war. Bereits am 1. Abend hatten wir dem WhatsApp Support Fotos und Videos geschickt, damit das Problem aus der Distanz ersichtlich wird. Irgendwann erhielten wir einfach keine Antwort mehr. Daraufhin riefen wir beim Kundendienst an. Bei unserem 1. Telefonat hat man uns 2 Optionen angeboten: ein anderes Zimmer, allerdings ohne Terrasse, oder eine Reparatur der Klima am nächsten Tag, samt Preisnachlass für die 1. Nacht. Da wir extra eine Suite mit Terrasse gebucht hatten, wollten wir diese gerne behalten und entschieden uns für die 2. Option, in der Annahme, dass die AC, wie versprochen, am Folgetag repariert werden würde. Wie erwähnt, war dem während des ganzen Aufenthalts nicht so. Ein anteiligen Preisnachlass für die ersten beiden Nächte wurde mir inzwischen erstattet, auf jenen für die letzte Nacht warte ich noch.

No es como tal un hotel, creo que esta propiedad debería estar en Airbnb porque no cumple con todo lo necesario para ser hotel. No te hacen la limpieza diaria.

Oda güzeldi her şey konforlu ve temizdi. Ancak odam temizlenmiş olmasına rağmen beni içeriye almadılar, saat 15.00 kuralının bu kadar katı olmasını anlamsız buluyorum. Oda zaten temiz ve odaya ben giricem yani hani dünya saçması bir şey. Hotels.com’un da iletişim konusunda yetersiz olduğunu düşüyorum. Müşteri temsilcisi yok, numara yok, mail yok. Sorununuz varsa öylece kalıyorsunuz bir sanal bot üzerinden sınırlı seçenekle sorununuzu anlamaya çalışıyorsunuz o seçenekler arasında değilse muhatap sıfır. Kesinlikle yetersiz ve sorun teşkil ediyor.
