Lovely little hotel/bed and breakfast in a nice building overlooking the botanical gardens and in a great location for most things Pisa has to offer.Lovely big rooms all done in an individual style and a great spread at breakfast. The host was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again if I visit Pisa.

We had the Romantica room we had a lovely balcony that overlooks the Botanical Garden behind it. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect. Dining and shopping right outside the door. Tourist attractions are a short walking distance away.

We just spent 1 night at 7 rooms for my son’s 22nd birthday surprise, hotel communication was excellent response always received within 24 hours. Luca is amazing excellent customer service, he even made sure our taxi to the airport was booked In advance. We booked a room with a terrace and city view of the tower, spacious room, which was clean, complementary bottles of water and breakfast, We highly recommend this hotel would definitely come again thank you Luca and team

We were just in Pisa for one night and 7 Rooms provided the perfect base to explore from. It's really well positioned, clean and the welcome was super friendly. The breakfast was buffet style and they provided such a marvelous range of cakes and savory options.
