Cabin is nice and clean, comes with well and full equipped kitchen. Easy check-in with email sent by 1500hrs sharp. As it is winter during our visit, many shops and restaurants weren’t open for business. So getting food from restaurants was almost impossible. But overall we had a good time chilling in the cabin, overlooking Lake Shirakaba.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We check-in an unclean room on time. Horrible and don’t understand why it’s happened. How can they let a guest check-in before the room NOT clean. Not friendly and helpful customer service. Not going to choose this brand again when travelling around. Not recommend this for others
