The room was impeccably clean! The air conditioning was heaven, the refrigerator in 104 was kind of amazing, and it was over the 4th of July which made our celebration even more restful and magical. We will definitely stay here again. Rustic, quaint, and charming are the words I kept saying❣️

You can sleep here if you have to be in Kernville. An eye mask will help with the all-night-long blinking lights outside. Walkable to some restaurants.

Basic room. Had all the necessities. Staff was great; very friendly and helpful. My kids loved the pool. Nice touch that there were pool floaties. The location was perfect. Walking distance to water rafting company and many dining options in the area made this an ideal place.

Room is clean. Staff is friendly. But front office most time empty. You need to call. AC is good. No kitchen in my room. Refrigerator. Coffee maker. Microwave are working well. I really like the rocking chair outside my room. Make me feel so relax.

This was the 3rd time I've stayed at this location. I stay there because of the location. It's convenient and walking distance to everything in this small town. It's right next door to the local Brewery which had an event I attended. But, as in the past, the air conditioning didn't work properly. The cable TV didn't work properly. I ended up just leaving it off. The WIFI worked but was really slow. Last time I will stay there.
