The landing was a super nice, clean place to stay! The pool and gym were fantastic and added to the stay! It was also in a very convenient location! I would recommend to anyone to stay.

The perfect area to stay. Safe. Centrally located. Apartment was new. Pool was fantastic! The only draw back was that the kitchen was not very clean. Dishes had to be washed before used. Towels were dirty.

i guess the B upstairs kept stomping her feet so i leff the TV on full blast volume while i went out everyday

The property itself is very nice. The unit and furnishings were new. The pool and common areas are a plus. The cleanliness of the unit was ok in main areas, but attention to detail was lacking. The floor was not clean and under the beds there were not just dust-bunnies, but actual garbage. The MOST significant issue- the reason for the low rating, and why we would not stay at Landing again-is because they allowed maintenance to enter our unit without any notice, while we were away for the day. We were not notified they needed access, the maintence worker(s) left NO notice of entry, and most alarmingly, they did NOT close the door and our unit (with our personal belongings) had not just an unlocked door, but a WIDE OPEN door while we were gone: UNACCEPTABLE!

El apartamento es muy bonito, espacioso tal y como se ve en las fotos, limpieza en general de areas del apartamento bien, pero los utencilios de cocina no es buena ya que encontre platos , vasos y cubiertos mal lavados una sarten muy sucia llena de grasa, el horno sucio y no lo use, las sabanas con muy mal olor, deberian tener mas control con personal de limpieza. Pero el hotel muy bueno, la piscina y un acceso practico. Solo limpieza NO cuidadosa.
