There was no check-in communication. We had a to wait outside the locked property until a stranger opened the gate and then ask another guest to point us in the right direction. Finally a "cleaner" helped us into our apartment. Sadly, the apartment wasn't cleaned and there stains in the bathroom and bed sheets and mold on the bed pillows. For the amount we paid, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

El hospedaje se encuentra en un excelente lugar, tienes restaurantes super cerca, la playa de igual manera, super tranquilo, una vista espectacular, además super amplio El único detallito es que nos salieron algunas cucharachas chiquitas, llevábamos insecticida ese fue el único detalle

El lugar muy tranquilo, agradable, todo estaba limpio, espacioso, dormimos muy bien, porque no había ruido solo el rumor lejano del mar. Mi familia y yo lo disfrutamos mucho. Seguro regresamos y lo recomendamos ampliamente. Diana estuvo muy atenta a lo que necesitaramos tanto para el uso del espacio como para ubicarnos en el lugar. Gracias por todo!

Desafortunadamente cuando llegue a tomar la reservación me cancelaron por qué en el habitación había fuga de agua, muy amable el chico se ofreció a buscar un hotel pero desafortunadamente me traía de un hotel a otro y ya muy noche no me solucionó el problema tanto fue así que le tuve que comentar que ya dejara de engañarme lamentablemente me enviaba a una casa muy mal y me vi en l necesidad de buscar por mis propios medios ya que llevaba a toda mi familia conmigo incluyendo a un menor hasta el momento no me ha llegado mi reembolso que me dijo que llegaría, trato de contactarlo pero me manda a buzón en estos cso que procedería?

La habitación que nos tocó no era igual de nueva que otra sección, se notaba vieja y con olor fuerte a humedad. Los sillones muy viejos y algo sucios. Mala señal de internet. LLegamos y no hay una receción como otal, asi que tocamos en las puertas de afuera un rato hasta que alguien abrió. El lugar está céntrico y eso rescató la experiencia, porque queda a unas cuadras del mercado Zicatela y a unas cuadras del malecón. El agua de la alberca muy fría je pero eso solo es como aviso para quien busca usar la alberca. El trato del personal es bueno.
