Most wonderful stay at Centraltique! The host was so welcoming and helpful. She checked in with me daily and even after my stay. The rooms were clean, new and beautiful. Beds were super comfy and the location is perfect! Stayed here for three nights and loved it so much I came back for another night.

Our stay at this hotel was lovely! As it was there first week or so of opening they gave us an upgraded room free of charge. The staff were very helpful with things to do in the area and even helped us to book a cruise to Ha Long Bay. The room was very clean and new, good shower pressure, TV with Netflix and YouTubr, and working AC.

We spent 6 wonderful days in Hanoi and after long days of exploring the beauties of the city and around we were glad to come back in our spatious and spotless and cosy room at Centraltique Veranda. This is new and contemporary hotel and our room was fully equiped with small kitchen, refrigerator, even washing machine and driyer which was very convenient for us. There are also plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around. Minh and Hannah from Centraltique were always there to meet all our needs and to help us with questions

I loved this hotel, and the staff are truly on another level. They couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful, assisting with everything from airport transfers to finishing my laundry late at night. The location is good, and the room is excellent: spacious, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, and everything feels new. The bed was made and towels were changed daily. The laundry room on the top floor is free and available 24/7, which is a huge plus. The only minor inconvenience is the entrance if you arrive late at night, as you need to remember a PIN to access the building since the card doesn’t work for that. Other than that, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

The operators were very friendly and were there personally to assist us in the “check in”. She even upgraded one of the 2 rooms so that my 2 families can be on the same floor at L3. The rooms are super New and clean and have the usual apartment amenities. But bigger room would have washer and dryer. Many food options are near by but if you prefer Chinese food, please try Cơm Ngon 81B , right at the T-Junction. Eng from Singapore.

At first I was apprehensive about booking this place because it had so few reviews but I am so glad I did. This is awesome! Newly remodeled, spotlessly clean and well appointed, the rooms are within walking distance to the sites in the Old Quarter. The stackable washer and dryer in the unit allows you to pack light for your Vietnam adventure. There is also a laundry room on the 7th floor. The bed is super comfortable, and when we requested extra pillows, they were delivered to the room within 5 minutes. Phuong, our contact at the hotel, stayed in contact with us through WhatsApp, arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport, and greeted us when we arrived. It was nice to have a prearranged and pre-negotiated fare. Mr. Cong, our driver, also stayed in contact with us via WhatsApp while we waited at baggage claim and provided clear instructions on where to meet up with him. But, back to the room. The street was surprisingly quiet, despite all the traffic surrounding the area. There is a nice little balcony with a modern update of glass railings. There is a little electronic key that makes it easy to access the property and room. There is no reception desk but that was not a problem since Phuong provide clear instructions and codes.

My stay at that apartment in Hanoi was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, Hannah and Phong went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Both were incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed — whether it was local tips, transportation, or whenever I needed something. Their communication was excellent; they responded quickly and made everything easy and stress-free. It truly felt like staying with friends rather than just hosts. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located, but what really made my stay special was their warm hospitality and genuine care. I can’t recommend enough — they are the most thoughtful, helpful, and communicative hosts you could hope for. I would happily stay with them again anytime!
