WE understood we were staying at a cottage, with a kitchen, Was very upset that we were put inside an old home with a room, one bathroom with no accessories including towels, Not even sure if the beds were cleaned. We had to climb a flight of stairs to get to this room. No lock on door, This was not pictured on line, it pictured a cottage. I never would have made my reservation at this so called lodge, also smelled like musk. WE left and I had to pay full price for another lodge at 1130 that night, Never will use Hotel.com again.
