All was managed well but in case they cant teace your phone no on the booking, you may have issue getting details on how to get in the property, specially if you have booked lastminute like me.

Property was easy to find , as was the parking, very convenient. Clean and modern , apartment was clean, tidy and well maintained. We were on the 3rd floor with a 23kg bag (no lift), unfortunately they didn't have an iron (attending a friends special occasion would have been nice to iron the shirt )available but believe they are sorting this out.

I had never stayed in a property which did not have a front of house staff, and was nervous about doing so, but I need not have worried. My stay at Whitlock16 was seemlessly managed from start to finish. The hotel itself is really well designed and maintained, everything was bright, well decorated and spotlessly clean. My room was spacious, extremely comfortable and spotless, with grain in-room facilities, such as the fridge, which was really welcome. The contact from Laurent was prompt, with instructions for check in and departure very clear. He was easily contactable and responded really fast and with great courtesy to all my queries. In short, a real gem in Brussels, and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Très beau séjour en famille. Propre, spacieux, charmant. Manque porte serviettes dans salle de bain et coffre fort ( mais ce sont juste des petits détails d amélioration!) Petit salon boisson chaude très pratique. Salle sport. Jardin.
