The hotel had very good security. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We loved the kitchen with all the plates and cookware. The full size refrigerator was very nice.

Xyla and Summer were fantastic during check in and check out. I’m sure they would have handled any issues, but there were none. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the river and Makati.

Nice room but the toilet bowl seat was not clean, when we arrived. There was maybe just a teaspoon of hand soap, together with a tiny bath soap. We checked in morenthan 2 hours late and we still had to wait at the concierge for something to be settled? Not sure what. As a rrsult, we were late for our appt.
