beautiful, But the app communication and texting was insufficient. We were locked out a day in advance. The large dogs were anxious when owners left for the day and barked incessantly. Shower pan/floor was damaged.

No check in notification 30 min prior Wrong building and door code, had to call IT and texted and waited many times, all three days, no office people on weekend Busted bathroom amenities that were 1/4 full 1 snack bag of cheese its and two Keurig coffee cups for two adults for two overnights? Couldn’t access pool until IT stuff done, locked out, embarrassing like don’t belong Ice maker broken Patio disgusting Dog in condo below barking all day and night No beach towels Photos of everything listed
