close to hell(P) no English no cleanliness

villas great layout but nobody speaks English don't know what an American breakfast is Owner not seen and cant be contacted manager same dirtiness is the norm and obtain kitchen utensils nil same goes for linen and towels staff all willing to help with yes and smiles but have little understanding. quite unsafe unfortunately to use pool and walking to street
