The apartment was very clean, great style and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helped us with all sorts of information - where to eat, what to do in the area, etc.
I wouldn't recommend the breakfast - better, cheaper and easier to go next door to the bakery and do it on your own.
The only problem we had was the first night we stayed there, the staff had people over to the apartment next to us (maybe they live there?), and were very loud. They finally quieted down when we went to ask them - about 12:30 pm.
