Kitchen was good, the couches were comfortable, and the AC in the main bedroom worked very well! Only downside is that the secondary room with two twins had no air conditioning. Also, the room was very clean!

Bed was comfy large 1 bedroom with full size fridge. Grocery store 2 min walk. Air Conditoner did not seem to work. Used Uber to get to the Madina 50 mad about 12 min ride.

All the staff at Suites Atlas were exceptional. The young man at reception was always polite and willing to assist with anything. We were allocated Room 11 which was a family apartment of two rooms.and full kitchen and ample bathroom. We were happy with our apartment and much enjoyied our week stay there as well as it being very affordable.We had a supermarket right next door to the hotel and we were only a 20 minute pleasant walk to the Medina and other attractions. The hotel is upgrading and I've no doubt it is just going to get better and better. Highly recommended. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and ensuring that we had a wonderful stay. Martyka and Family.

Thank you Reidence Qodwa for a pleasant stay. My room had everything I needed. Kitchen and clothes washer .. dishes and pots to with cook with. Very close to all local attractions. Super market downstairs. Abdessalam greeted me upon entry and assisted with anything I needed. He also scheduled a few excursions for me. Thank you for everything ! The apartment was clean and quiet. Check-in was easy as there is a desk manned at all hours. The location is close to Gueliz but a distance from the medina. Amenities were lacking. Minimal pieces of furniture. Few cooking pieces and utensils. No dishwashing soap, sponge or towel in the kitchen. The bathroom sink leaked water.

Staff excellent Had to change room twice due to poor maintenance But at the end the last room was ok TV only YouTube ?? But generally as I was using it only to sleep it didn’t affect me much. As I was out most of the day. Used the washing machine once and it leaked With a bit of maintenance it would have been a lot better

The apartment was nothing like the photos. It’s an unfinished apartment with light bulbs hanging from electrical cords. When we got up in the morning there was no water. We could not shower, brush our teeth or use the bathroom. It is a scam. I thought it was going to be our nicest stay of the trip but it was our worst by far.
Random holes with electrical coming though.
Kitchen was fine. But no water.
Balcony that faces a construction site.

Everything was good besides the bed. There was a sharp piece of metal sticking out from the bed frame and I almost cut my leg open, luckily for me it just tore my jeans. Thank you.

Nous sommes arrivés à l hôtel mais il n’ avait pas notre réservation car les anciens propriétaires n’ ont pas rompu le contrat avec hôtel.com ou c’ est peut être la faute à hotel.com en tout cas les nouveaux propriétaires ont été très respectueux et arrangeant et nous ont laissé s’ installer J espère que hôtel. Com va les dédommager car c est de la responsabilité de hôtel.com et de l ancien propriétaire Moi j ai réservé et payé normalement J attends de votre part une réponse à ce problème Cordialement Denis Fidèle Hôtel.com

Appartement spacieux et abordable situé dans un quartier calme à proximité du Jardin Majorelle. Le personnel est attentionné et nous a accueillis à une heure tardive. Quelques points à améliorer : une unité de climatisation et le lave-linge coulaient à l'intérieur du logement et il manquait des éléments de base à notre arrivée (poubelle de cuisine, cafetière, serviettes et couverture pour le lit). Nous avons toutefois apprécié notre expérience dans l'ensemble, et la plupart des problèmes mentionnés ont été réglés pendant notre séjour.

Les seuls points négatifs sont : la qualité de moquette dans les couloirs , les climatisions qui ne fonctionnent pas toutes , pour le restant le rapport prix / prestations est nickel On peut se garer juste devant l hôtel et l’ hôtel est plutôt bien situé , quartier calme à part l appel à la prière Ensuite le mot exceptionnel est exagéré , bien est plus correspondant le prix est top pour Marrakech

Bien placé , un peu trop de bruit, la chambre est a l'entrée devant la porte, le matin a 7h un gamin s est amusé a faire rebondir son ballon sur chaque palier puis dans la rue, personne ne lui a rien dit... la chasse d'eau dans les toilette ne fonctionnait pas , ca va que j'étais seul et que j'y ai sejournais qu'une nuit...

A szálláshelyen minden nagyon könnyen ment, viszont nem az ígért teraszos szobát kaptuk, amiért fizettünk. A szobában alig volt tárolóhely, a fürdőszobában volt hajszárító de konnektor egy sem volt. Takarítást 4 nap alatt egyszer sem kaptunk és ugyan mi próbáltunk rendet hagyni de tiszta törölközőt se kaptunk. A nappaliban nem működött a klíma sem.

La propreté n'était pas assez satisfaisante, beaucoup de poussière, l'état des tapis est catastrophique. Sinon, c'est un hôtel bien situé au centre ville ( même s'ils n'ont pas de plaque indiquant que c'est un hôtel). Milieu Calme et sécurisé. La cuisine était bien équipée, aux toilettes il y avait une fuite d'eau.

Deux grandes chambres propres sans placard juste un portant avec 5 cintres. Cuisine : ne pas compter y manger très peu de vaisselle. Une machine à laver qui n'a jamais servie et pour cause l'évacuation et l’arrivée d'eau ne sont pas prevus elle est juste là pour le décor. Salle d'eau absolument rien pour poser les affaires. Petit balcon avec une seule chaise en plastique bien sale. L'emplacement de l'immeuble est bien situé mais très difficile à trouver même les voisins les plus proches ne connaissent pas suite atlas marrakech, il n’y a pas de numéros ni d’enseigne. Pas de télécommande pour la télé je l'ai signalé dès notre arrivée mais il a fallu attendre 3 jours pour en récupérer une car j’ai demandé a joindre le responsable qui n'était soit disant pas joignable, 10 minutes plus tard on m'en a ammené une. A l'accueil la jeune fille n'était pas des plus aimable.
