It was a great stay overall, but the check-in instructions could be improved, as other guests have mentioned. The process would be much smoother with clearer, simpler, step-by-step instructions provided in order. Other than that, the place was super clean, felt luxurious, and offered great value for the price. I will definitely come back again.

The apartment is brand new and comfortable, very accessible to the downtown, transportation by Uber is cheap or walking distance, but pretty dark at night. It feels like being home… the only problem is the Landing app that didn’t give me the access to get the information on how to get the keys to enter the apartment since everything is virtual… I was lucky to meet a couple who also rented an apartment and they guided me through the process of getting my keys… other than that issue, it is a nice place to stay.

Very clean apartment, getting in was a little bit of a challenge, the instructions were not clear. I did eventually figure it out. The property management was not available on Sunday. However were very helpful on Monday securing a parking space. So if you want a parking space that isn’t on the street contact them by phone prior to your arrival

Love the apartment! Unfortunately we had a few problems with our stay. First the pool and hot tub were not available. Then the parking garage has puddles of water like they were having a problem with plumbing. The parking pass that allows you to get into the garage almost never worked. We were stuck outside on Easter because we could not reach anyone and security wasn’t working.

This place was in a convenient location for a great price. There was a bit of a hiccup at check-in but the host answered promptly and fixed it. The 2 bedroom was roomy and very comfortable. The property was clean and the pool and rooftop game room was nice. Sometimes there wasn’t very much street parking but it all worked out.

I loved my stay at The Hendrey through the Landing properties. The beginning was confusing with the emails and downloading the app, but the property was VERY nice, clean, and convenient. The concierge on property was very responsive and Very nice!!! The property description said that it had a pool and hot tub, but when I got there they were closed and not usable. That was frustrating since that was one of the main reasons I picked this place to stay. Also while I was there they had to turn off the water during the day a couple of days due to on site construction. There were some bumps, but truly the unit and property was extremely nice!!!! I would definitely stay there again!!!!
