Clean, quiet and I used the kitchen and had adequate cookware and dishes. I appreciated washer and dryer. The microwave and toaster worked intermittently and should be looked at. The exercise room was good. My only issue is I am not that tech savvy and having to use phone to get in and out of the gate was frustrating. I ended up waiting till someone else got the gate open. The door lock was easy on the phone.

The Appartement layout was nice and modern. Make sure you realize you will be climbing 40 steps to the 3rd floor in very hot 100+ temps. The Appartement was dirty and there were roaches and tiny black ants everywhere. There was food on furniture, rug and in drawers. There was no product in the dispensers in one bathroom and no toilet paper anywhere upon arrival. Come prepared we did not. We contacted Landing and they offered us a cleaning, but never answered when we tried to schedule a cleaning. To be clear, they responded to texts but never took action. The people at the complex are very nice and the pool, gym, and club facilities are excellent. LANDING NEEDS TO CHECK THE CLEANING WORK BEING DONE ON THE Appartement. One more thing . The beds are about 4 feet off the ground. . I'm 5'2 and could not climb into the bed without assistance and I'm in pretty good shape. I feel like Landing owes us a discount because we had to invest in bug traps, and other not provided the amenities promised in the listing.

First off, we were pleasantly surprised to find something so close to our home. We had some unexpected guests for whom we did not have enough room in the house, so this was perfect. Less than two miles from the house. Only issue was that the whole process of getting into the apartment was a little confusing. The app did not work as expected, and there were quite a few mails that said different things. Regardless, we got in finé with a code that was sent to us, and all was ok. Another thing was that we got directions on how to get into the property by car, but no instructions on how to get out (you have to use Bluetooth, and there was no indication for the way out). I guess you had to be there for this to make sense, but we had to exit the property through the entrance gate. Again, happy problems that were solved. All in all, the apartment was amazing. Very clean and in perfect condition. Will definitely book again.
