Excellent location, quiet and felt safe as a solo female. The studio was lovely and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Only note I’d give is I wish the kitchen had dish soap and a spatula!

Perfect location to access all the attractions of downtown with lots of dining options within a short walk, including Pike Place Market. The host and onsite staff were proactive and very helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for two people.

The place is perfect if you want to get the most of Downtown Seattle and Pike Place Market. Communication is great and they are accommodating. I stayed twice and I can say it’s within my expectations. I would always book this place when I am in Seattle for sure

Clean bathroom and rest of the apartment. Great location if you get the add on for parking, otherwise you’ll be up at 8am moving your car.

Bottom line up front, I would definitely stay here again. It’s in an excellent location at a fair price. The communication was top notch and it was very clean. I was fine with it, but it is a little dated and needs some small touch ups, but they were minimal and didn’t bother me at all.

The room was clean. The check in process was poorly explained. You can’t check in till 4pm, but we thought it was 2pm. You have to go through the master bedroom to get to the restroom. And the elevator broke down during our stay. The location was good and close to the Market and Piers.

While a clean room, the rest is a mess. The bed is so noisy it awakens one, the microwave didn't' work, the outlet to the coffee maker was dead, the windows haven't been cleaned in this era.

Great location, but the building was so old and the place was cracking. The shower was hard to operate, no consistent hot water, skin had no counter space. The bed sheet didn’t fit the couch bed. There was no AC and it was so noisy from the street, the windows don’t even close. There was coffee stains in the coffee cup.

We arrived early. They were able to take our luggage and store it till check-in time. They were very friendly And the room was better and bigger than imagined. Great little fridge kitchen area. Will definitely book this again when coming back to Seattle

The only complaint I have is the lock in the door/knob easy to break in. It needs to be replaced and fix you literally can stick a key or any top open the door even if you don’t use the code.
