Localização excelente no centro de SP, próximo a estação república. Apartamento bem gostoso, colchão da cama firme demais, mas deu pra dormir bem. Foi uma ótima estadia, principalmente pelo valor pago e pelo local ser bem novo e bem cuidado.

Raramente avalio hospedagens, mas esta me fez abrir uma exceção. Reservei com receio, pois havia poucos comentários na plataforma e as fotos não favoreciam. Arrisquei pelo custo-benefício e a surpresa foi excelente. O atendimento inicial foi ágil e profissional. O anfitrião facilitou nossa logística permitindo um early check-in, o que salvou nossa chegada. O prédio é novo e bem estruturado. O acesso via reconhecimento facial na portaria e senha no quarto traz uma segurança e praticidade que valorizamos bastante. O estúdio é impecável, limpo e com decoração inteligente. A cozinha é bem equipada com o essencial. Optamos pelo quarto com varanda, uma ótima escolha pela vista. O condomínio oferece um rooftop agradável e uma academia simples, mas que atende razoavelmente bem à manutenção da rotina de treinos. A localização é estratégica, a passos do metrô República, restaurantes e conveniências. O maior destaque, no entanto, é o conforto acústico. A região central é barulhenta, mas o isolamento do quarto é absoluto. Com a janela fechada, o silêncio é total. Saímos extremamente satisfeitos e com certeza voltaremos.

A região e boa para pedir carros por aplicativo com lugares fácies para parar o carro. A acomodação possui segurança com reconhecimento facial para acesso e senha de acesso. Cozinha com básico funcional e quarto amplo. Ar condicionado não possui função aquecimento. Bem proximo ao Copan com excelentes opções de restaurantes, pizzarias, padarias e cafes. Excelente custo e benefício.
