The hotel is close to the subway (2 minute walk) and approximately 1km away from the train that takes you to Shin-osaka direkty, where the shinkansen runs (30 minutes train ride) The room is rather small for EU standards but has everything you need including towels, washing machine, cooking stove, free WiFi (although it was cutting out at times), a small fridge and a freezer. Right outside there are vending machines as well and about 10 minutes away is Namba and the electric city of Osaka (similar to Akihabara in Tokyo, but slightly smaller) and Universal studios Japan is approximately 30 minutes away with train aswell The only issue we had was that the hotel required is to send us a picture of our passport (due to Japanese laws) but no email provided. This was solved with a quick phonecall and the staff overall that I've spoken to have been friendly and helpful! Although there is no physical check in at the hotel since it is an apartment complex, but they did however send us a message with everything we needed roughly a week before check in with all the necessary steps Overall a great stay if you prefer apartment style hotels!
