The home was nice but we had a few issues. First the wifi was nonexistent. The rooms had large televisions but without wifi were not usable. We had dirty towel hanging on the back of our bathroom door. We also had coffee grounds in the coffee maker that was difficult to clean. It seemed like everything that should be a given service such as ice was an extra fee. The coffee in the rooms was decaf….seriously a selection would have been appreciated. Laundry services lacking given that half the machines weren’t working. Coin dispenser didn’t work for buying laundry products.

Unfortunately, our experience was not the best. It states check-in time is 4 PM; however, the host does not give you the unit # or door codes until you check in at the front desk of a campground area. This should have been mentioned in the reservation. They require self check-in. Our next issue was the unit mini split was broken. It made a ln awful loud noise when we opened the door. We reported immediate without responses. We had one unit without AC/heat. That mini split leaked and we awoke to a pile of water the floor after a storm. Between the units there was a pile of fresh sawdust on the floor. The bathroom handle was broken off of the shower. We fixed in order to shower. The Wi-Fi passwords did not work, no signals. The worst part of our stay was finding that the bedding was dirty with an obvious soiled spot on it. This made our stomachs turn. We reported all the concerns to management and the front desk upon checkout and followed up. We included photos of each. To date, we’ve never received a response after multiple messages, nor a discounted rate for our inconveniences and the dirty linens. The unit itself would’ve been great had we not run into those issues.
