The room was not in acceptable condition upon arrival. The floor was not properly cleaned, the towels had visible stains, and the mattress was already sagging and uncomfortable. Due to hygiene and comfort concerns, i decided not to stay overnight and checked out immediately after arrival.

It was really nice to stay. Reception staff was friendly abd helpful. The room was a little bit smelly(like damp or it was previously a smoking room). And bed was a bit uncomfortable. But overall, we were OK.

Central, clean, and helpful

Overall had a very nice stay at Sunny Serviced Apartments. Very central location, staff was friendly and helpful, he wasn't always at reception but he was easily reachable by phone. Room was clean and air conditioned. The wifi was hit and miss and the kettle wasn't working but other than that no complaints. Room had a small cooking area as well which was nice.

No room at the inn for us!

Horrendous service. Turned up to check into room and told to wait for the manager, who then turned up 10 mins later to say they were full. Took a while for them to finally admit that it was their fault and not Hotels.com for the oversight. Finally secured us a room at the hotel next door for 2 nights and moved us back for the 3rd night. Overall, the inconvenience caused and unapologetic service marred an otherwise OK stay and room.

ちょっと匂い等は気になる所は廊下等ではありました。布団からも生乾き臭が・・・・ でも、伝えたら真摯に対応してくれました。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりで少々無茶なお願いをしましたが、快く対応してくださいました。 場所は最高で、ホーチミン観光をするのであれば、本当にいいです。おすすめします。

便利な場所で快適

空港からGrabに乗って30分で到着。日本街やビンコムショッピングセンターが至近距離にあり、観光にも便利。部屋が50㎡程度もあって、コンディションもかなり清潔でした。 受付の男性はきびきびと対応してくれて、頼もしい。ただ、部屋廻りなどで受付が不在になっていることが多かったので、旅慣れた人向けのホテルといえそうです。 朝食サービスはないので、好きな所で取ることになります。

整夜喧鬧、隔音糟糕。

飯店的樓下及對面各有一間夜晚營業至早上的餐廳，還有一位彈吉他表演的街頭歌手；客人飲酒吵鬧、高聲喧嘩，加上歌手演唱氣氛熱鬧.... 飯店的建材沒有重視隔音的部分、最糟糕的是連窗戶都沒有裝設氣密窗，因此從夜晚 10 p.m. 開始、戶外的喧鬧聲音便一直持續到太陽升起；即便將棉被蒙在頭上、都無法有效阻擋噪音的襲擾，旅館讓人休息的功能完全失去效用。 飯店的房間寬敞、設備新穎，櫃檯人員和善、打掃人員認真；飯店本身我是給與高度評價的。 但是夜晚的噪音問題毀了一切，如果飯店經營者沒有重視隔音問題、甚至連窗戶改換成氣密窗提升隔音效果的行動都不採取；客人入住後抗議甚至退房的狀況都是可以預見，不會讓人感到意外。
