It was super affordable, very quiet, garage parking was a plus, at no additional charge, elevator access, and a great location. Only downsides were that the room wasn't super cold, like most hotels, the tv didn't work, and there was no hot water, for the shower. Other than that, if you think of it like camping indoors, it's perfect for you!

Estaba bastante descuidada , muy desagradable que siempre había en el estacionamiento gente con muy mal aspecto y fumando marihuana… fuy con mi hija y mi esposa y literalmente la última noche no dormimos bien por el miedo de la gente que estaba en el garaje con tan mal aspecto y mirándonos mal … jamás volvería a ese lugar

0 stars if I could. The name sounds upscale — the experience is anything but. The floors are visibly slanted, the room was dirty, and there's no coffee machine. There's no one at the reception desk; you have to call them on your own phone like you're placing a takeout order. When someone does respond, don't expect a warm welcome. Getting to the property is a hassle on its own. Budget motels deliver a better experience. Save yourself the regret.

We got in late. Got to the hotel around 1am, tired and just ready to lay down. The gate code did not work, after several attempts, finally, a gentleman came out and advised what to do, unlocked the gate and we were able to enter. The place is pretty ran down, in obvious need of a major overhaul. But to be fair, the next day we were able to meet the operators, including the ONE cleaning lady, and they were super attentive. Yes, the place is not fancy but the rooms were clean and it had everything we needed including a full kitchen; it was downtown Houston on a main strip, near lots of food, shopping and entertainment. In the daylight hours we realized that several rooms were being renovated, just not mine, yet. Honestly, once settled in and realizing how convenient the location is and how accommodating everyone was, the need for modernization faded. I remember thinking "once they finish the renovations, it will no longer be affordable or accessible. " I would definitely come back, if ever given the opportunity. I'd love to see the finished, renovated version of the Galleria Parc Hotel and Apartments. Staff certainly make the difference in the quality of your stay. All the best to the owners and operators here.

Such a home feeling environment! Great price, amazing location with tons of shops at walking distance. Not luxury but descent for budget travelers. The only thing that was kind of disappointing was the fact that there’s a bar next door and music was too loud. Staff was very friendly and polite!
