Apartment was great. Spacious and comfortable. Everything needed for a short stay, including some milk, water, butter, biscuits, etc. only downside was that I paid extra to have a late checkout as I was in need of a rest but twice had housekeeping at the door, one person at 11am and another just after 12.

Excellent space, comfortable, clean, everything we needed. Previously we’ve had a bedroom to the rear of the property, this time we faced onto George Square. Noisy with people all night unfortunately - obviously not the fault of Premier Suites.

The managers attitude towards her case was absolutely disgusting quote up to complain about the room and all she did was shout down the phone that has given us abuse she then made the security guard come and told us we had to leave the premises because she did want to deal with the situation I will be taking that much further and believe me that still not going away
