Friendly and accessible to attractions

I love staying here. They are always super friendly and helpful. This is not a big ritzy hotel but its clean, easy to get in and comfortable and very close to the beach and Janettes Pier. I walked back and forth happily all week.

Owens Motel is an incredible value. Like many hotels in Nags Head, it does show its age and the wear-and-tear that a beach motel will inevitably suffer; however, if you just need a clean place to sleep and wash off the sand, a friendly staff, and easy access to the beach with close proximity to great restaurants, the low price of Owens Motel makes it one of the best bargains on the beach.

1970's Retro motel room, nothing fancy but functional. Felt safe was clean and convenient to the area for walking. Owens Restaurant is the best kept secret. A bit pricy, but the food is 5 star perfect.

Basically I was only there to sleep, my kids and grandkids and I were on vacation. I opted for a quiet place to sleep, the bed was comfortable the AC were great!
