Infelizmente nossa estadia não foi agradável, logo no check-in ficamos durante 1 hora esperando o codigo de acesso para entrar no apartamento, porque não conseguiamos falar com os contatos, inclusive com um numero de whatsapp dado pelo vizinho que ali morava ao lado. Depois de muito tempo, conseguimos falar com um telefone da central. Ao entrarmos, não havia ao menos uma garrafa de água pra bebermos, nada de maquina de café, sal, olio, açucar e etc. como havia na descrição. E por fim, apenas um aparelho de ar condiconado para refrigerar o apartamento inteiro, impossível. Acredito que devem melhorar muito a recepção e qualidade dos seus serviços.
