The property was welcoming, clean and in a very lovely part of town. Idir at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and friendly, and for our first time in France we feel we couldn't have made a better choice.

For me, it was worth staying a little further out form the city center for a clean, comfortable and affordable hotel! It’s next to plenty of picnics transportation. Bed was clean & comfortable, and it was nice to have a kitchen. Staff were helpful and kind. Only complaint is the shower — water never got truly hot, and there was quite a bit of mold near the ceiling. Otherwise, a fantastic place to stay

Rooms are minimal but adequate. Halls and common areas are outdated and pretty grungy. Elevator did not work. Breakfast is bare bones, claustrophobic, and understaffed. Location is quite good. Convenient for convention center.

A nice area to stay in that is away from the busy parts of the city but still very well connected by Metro and train. My room was spacious and I liked that there was a balcony too. Good water pressure in the shower and clean apartment. I used the communal space downstairs to do some work - wifi connection was strong and there was a coffee machine available for free use. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome.

Everything related to the hotel was fine. Receptionist helpful in guiding us. Metro stop too far. Overall experience at the hotel was pleasant. Price, reasonable. . We recommend it.

Short stay 2 nights but fit the requirement

The staff was very helpful. There was a mini market about .5km away and convenient. There was only 1 decent restaurant nearby although Italian but very good. The area currently was a lot of road construction so the taxi coming into the hotel had to work around it and it was ongoing.

Horrible hotel. Buyer beware!

Firstly, all of a sudden the taxes to be paid tripled. Then this hotel ran my bank card to pay a deposit. After getting into my room, the temperature maximum was 17⁰ celcius and no way to adjust the heat heat. Also, the toilet was broken and unable to flush for my two-night stay. I asked to change rooms but the person at the reception desk ignored me and told me it was not possible.

The location of the property with respect to Paris and the train station was great. Unfortunately the team on ground was not very nice. First was the parking price. I was told it was not 50 Euros as indicated on the property website but 70 Euros. The lady eventually made me pay 60 Euros because I was only staying for 6 days. In the room, the cooking table did not work and i reported this to the team but nothing was done. I repeated this everyday and nothing was ever done. The impression one got was that the reception team could not be bothered.

Tout était parfait. Seule la climatisation manquait. Il faisait une chaleur torride à Paris pendant mon séjour à l'hôtel. L'Europe n'est pas préparée à de telles chaleurs, et de nombreux hôtels comme celui-ci ont besoin de la climatisation.

O hotel oferece um quarto amplo. Porém não há estrutura para dias quentes. As janelas são pequenas, não há circulação de ar e tampouco dispõem de ar-condicionado. PAassei muito calor no quarto, só me deram um ventilador que não servia para muita coisa. A equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa.

Studio très propre, très calme avec tout ce qu'il faut pour faire une petite cuisine. Très proche de la gare Vanves Malakoff qui vous emmène en 6 minutes à la gare Montparnasse.

Appart'hotel vieillissant. Les appartements Mériteraient une rénovation et une mise à jour sur le matériel. Le personnel de l'accueil est efficace. Le petit-déjeuner serait complet s'il y avait des œufs.

Un hébergement à 5mn à pied de la gare de Vanves Malakoff ou on relie la gare Montparnasse en 5 mn. Pratique, bien desservi, avec les studios spacieux et fonctionnel. C'est le 2nd séjour que je fais dans cet endroit et je le recommande.
