出雲大社から徒歩圏内のロケーションも良く、徒歩圏内のコンビニや、車で数分の場所にマーケットなどがあり、便利でした。ベッドや水回りなど設備も最新かつ清潔で使い勝手も良かったです。 残念だったのは対人サービスが全く無く、料金がそれなりのホテル並みに高額（シルバーウィークでしたが）の割に清掃が毎日入らない、チェックインに当たって部屋の説明がある、と言われているのに誰も応対しないなど、これならば同程度の設備のAirbnbを選択する方がリーズナブルなのではと思いました。

サイトに掲載のマップを確認して予約しました。出雲市駅の目の前で最高の場所でと思って当日伺いましたが、それらしき建物はなく、よくよく調べてみると全然違う場所で駅前からは程遠く、車で20分ほどかかる場所でした。 出雲市駅の目の前という前提で食事の場所等を予約していたので、計画は大幅に狂い最悪でした。 こんな場所でこの値段にはちょっと納得できないと思いました。 何より案内が全く違うのですから、信用に値しないです。
