ULIV My friend and I enjoyed our stay at ULIV Polanco. Our favorite feature was our hosts. Alejandra, Fer, Alan, and Chris were super friendly and helpful. We were visiting during Dia de Los Muertos and were given a handwritten invitation to participate in the ofrenda at the entrance. Alejandra and staff offered to print photos of our beloved departeds and then placed them with others with names and handmade paper marigolds, which we could bring home. It was touching and kind. They answered questions and helped us with any needs throughout our week stay. The room itself was immaculate. So clean! A comfortable place to come back to and a family feel in upscale Polanco - a walkable and safe neighborhood. One of us slept on the convertible couch. The seat folds out to the floor. You're sleeping on a foam mattress. It was comfortable enough. Adding a blackout shade to the living room like there is in the bedroom would be a win. The small kitchen had what we needed for simple meals and warming up all the delicious dining out leftovers. We waited too long to take advantage of the terrace view at top of building. Next time we will coffee there every morning. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in Polanco.
