Easy check in, good size room with mini kitchen, mini bathroom but separate toilet (which is nice). Good underground parking for reasonable fee. Helpful staff. Very close to the Richard Wagner museum. Recommended.

A superb hotel. Clean, high quality spacious rooms, run by friendly staff. Cannot ask for more, really. Great value. I recommend taking the breakfast in the room - same price as in the dining room.

Very clean and spacious! 20 minute walk to downtown platz. Shopping market and small restaurant nearby. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Great for long stays or short stops!

Great place in Bayreuth with lots of space in the appartments. Good location fairly close to the city center and close to the highway. And it came at a great price.

We loved our stay at the hotel! The suite was spacious and it was very convenient to have a kitchenette. I was most impressed by the service. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Luka was very friendly and polite. When, due to road closures, Bolt and taxis were unavailable, Jonas *offered* to drive us to the Festspielhaus! If it had not been for him, we would have missed the performance! Thank you, Jonas! The hotel is across the street from Lidl, which is very convenient for when one needs to stock the mini-fridge. It is also right next to a walk/bike path that leads to the Tierpark Röhrensee, which is lovely! It is about half a mile from the Wagner and Liszt museums, and another few blocks to downtown, with all the shops, baroque opera house, and restaurants.

Very nice for a self catering stay. About 10 minute walk to town centre. Grocery store and a bakery just opposite of property. Has EV charging points. Quick and easy drive to Festspielhaus.

Spacious room. Well designed. Bed and arm chair comfortable. Staff extremely attentive and helpful. All together, A1 positive experience. As a jornalist, travelling a lot, this APART experience was a great surprise.

Enjoyed my stay

The stay was amazing the room was nice , the only thing I would say is that the stay over service should be given every day, and it did not have breakfast and coffee should be free in the lobby area, every hotel I have ever stayed at gives free coffee. You should consider giving free breakfast or have some available for customers if nothing else I’d pay for it. But of course free is better

Ideal for families with kids because of the large units and the pool. Units are well equipped. Superficial cleanliness is great but don't look under beds. Property is a half hour walk from the city center. Buses are also available, albeit not easy to use

Good stay… except the crevice!

We enjoyed staying at the ApartHotel. It actually did feel like staying in an apartment. The room was spacious and clean. Our only complaint is that “queen bed” meant sleeping on two twin beds pushed together. Every time I wanted to spoon my spouse I ended up sinking into the crevice between the beds; no good. Other than that, good stay.

Das geräumige klimatisierte Zimmer mit kleiner Küche gefiel mir sehr gut. Das Auto stand in der Tiefgarage, was sehr angenehm war, da ich mit öfters mit Abendrobe unterwegs war : Festspiele. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten im Foyer oder am Zimmer von Seiten des Teams schafften eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre!
