This is a lovely apartment in a very convenient location in the city centre. It is spacious, with good amenities and good light. The heritage building adds to the property's character. I would be happy to stay at this property again.

For the location the price was really good, really clean, nice kitchen. I didn’t know how to use the stove or coffee maker, probably my fault. If traveling on a budget it’s a very good and safe choice

If you arrive early and need to store luggage go to Casali hostel- sister accommodation. Our apartment was large,clean and 5 mins walk to railway station and less to seafront promenade. Excellent value.

The room was clean and in a good location. There was no A/C, however (we were told it was Sunday and there was no solution before we checked out). It was quite warm and it was quite loud with all the windows open. The WiFi was very poor.

Nice location. Nice washer and kitchen. Far from parking. Check in was complicated. Check email for addition website to check into. This was difficult without wifi. We were standing on the street trying to figure it out at 10PM. Then you get a building code to get a box code to get a room key. Now we understand it, it is doable.

We liked the size of the room, and it had a full kitchen we didn’t use since we only stayed for 1 night. The check in process is a little difficult, but didn’t take too long. All of the lights were off in the building when we arrived so we walked up the stairs using the flashlights on our phones. We were told to leave our keys in the room when we checked out, but 5 minutes before checkout time a lady, who we assume was the cleaner, came banging on the door demanding we get out and give her the key. That has lowered my rating for this stay. Overall, it is a good location for seeing Trieste!

Staff brilliantly secured check-in in spite of in-house (temporary) IT issues. Accommodation was clean and spacious. Special thanks to 'virtual check-in man' on check-in. Special thanks also to 'cleaner lady' on check-out for effective communication skills. It was the best of city centre living.

Beautiful apartment in wonderful area. Very convenient to walk around trieste and was walkable from both the train station and cruise port. The only negative was trying to get the heat on. Would have loved some extra blankets if the heat can’t be adjusted. Overall would absolutely stay here again!! Lovely!

Overall, I would rate our almost 3-week stay 4 stars. The location was excellent – right in the city centre, close to everything, and within walking distance of the train station. The apartment looked just like the pictures listed on Hotels.com and was overall very nice. There were a few small issues during our stay. The bathroom had quite a strong smell, and the apartment was a bit dark. On our first day, the curtains and curtain rod fell down, but luckily they were light and no one was hurt. Housekeeping during the three weeks was rather minimal, and I ended up doing an extra clean myself after one visit. Unfortunately, soap and toilet paper were never replenished during our stay, so we had to buy these ourselves. That said, we still enjoyed our stay thanks to the great location and comfortable apartment, and we would be happy to return again in the future.

We stayed at the Residence Theresia in advance of a cruise. The hotel was well kept and the facilities adequate. Check-in was relatively easy- though providing check-in documents, passport info and paying tax was difficult because we were traveling in advance of our arrival. Otherwise great place to stay. Very comfortable and quiet.
