Seems almost new, brightly decorated rooms & lobby; staff is very friendly & accommodating. Hotel has the Hot & Tasty burger bar next to the lobby, which doubles as the free Filipino breakfast room in the morning. Had one issue during the 2nd day of our stay; didn’t get the queen bed I was promised, also, unfortunately I showed up late for the scheduled room change but, no problem, the staff quickly accommodated us with an alternate room. Very professional with great customer service: a rare commodity for SE Asia. Keep up the good work!

Not bad for the price, but a disappointing stay. Extremely loud air conditioning. It was clean and staff were friendly. Elevator was not functioning. Biggest turn-off was that there were 3 hour rates posted in the lobby.
If its low cost your looking for, here it is. Im a solo traveler who just need the basics: bed, shower, toilet and ac. The room smells old and it hasnt been dusted or cleaned. Lucky I stayed on yhe second floor because the elevator was out. With that said, the room served its purpose for me.
Need lots of maintenance. Lots of room lightings no longer working. Toilet exhaust not working. Online booking is more expensive than over -the -counter booking.
Internet connection is problematic.

Fine stay
Elevator was not used for them to save electricity
I was in Bacolod during Masacara festival. My room was very clean and quiet, except for the occasional dogs barking and roosters crowing, which is typical in the Philippines. The breakfast was good, but the fish was cold, and the ham was lukewarm. I was afraid i might get sick because of that. They also place the tongs inside the ice bucket after everyone uses it. So, I complained about those things to the assistant manager. She corrected it right away. The only other thing, is my sink stank so badly I had to hold my breath while shaving. I had to complain about that twice before they resolved the problem.
The area isn't much but neither are other areas in bacolod. But this hotel is ok. It's pretty basic but the price is reasonable. Probably one of the better hotels in bacolod for the price. Breakfast pretty basic but ok. Day staff more friendly than night staff
