Cynthea, the person who checked me in, is very helpful and responsive. The room was clean and in good condition when I checked in. But when I went out the next day and returned in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned even if I put up the “make up room” sign and there was a strong cigarette smell. Someone had obviously entered my room and smoked inside.

It is actually not a hotel, but just an apartment in a condo tower. No signs at street level or the like, so quite hard to find. I had to ask my way through.
The pool was closed at the time of my stay.

Property not as nice as photos, management doesn’t communicate well.
The rooms from Max Stay are very well maintained but it's a stark contrast to the building. The way to the room is a tad confusing and depending on the lift you get, you might need a pass which is not given as part of your keys. Furthermore, there isn't a ready receptionist for Max Stays and the main receptionist of the building has to call them down for you. Also, it wasn't clear on the address that it was Tower A I think so I spent the first 15-20 mins finding out where exactly is the reception.
My stay was good. The unit I got was very well-furnished, and very comfortable. Perfect for either a business trip or a few days in BGC. The building has a Family Mart on the Ground Floor which was very helpful. Also, a Gong Cha and a coffee shop.
The building is also very nearby to the Bonifacio Hight Street, which was a great place to spend some time.
Overall, great stay in a very cosy place.
Everything was well plan out in terms of the hotel. Was abit harder to find the location since there was no signs indicating that the place was inside a building. Other than that, everything was good
This is like a condotel. It is clean and roomy. Be aware that these units have stairs to get to the bedroom, so might not be a spot for elderly or small children. The staff is very nice and they have someone available at the desk 24/7. The airconditioning is good and strong. Also, this hotel is in a good location - just a short walk to Bonifacio High Street.
I've been travelling for business for more than 20 years and this hotel is by far the worse experience I had. It was not even a hotel and didn't set up to be one. Starting from the location - the hotel does not have a proper signage and no one know about it until I mentioned the building name. The reception on the ground floor does not belong to the hotel and to get someone from the hotel to come and get me and take me to the room took a good 45 minutes unknown confusing process. Once we got to the room the staff ask me for money for deposit, which wasn't stated when I made my booking, and then she asked me for my passport to be kept by the hotel for reason I cannot give them money. I explained to her 1. the deposit requirement wasn't stated when I made my booking, 2. I don't have cash and if I need to use my credit card they have to bring me back to the reception desk to process it and not giving them my credit card, 3. I will never give my passport to them, its a legal document. Then she left me be. The room was a duplex with pantry, toilet and laundry and TV set on the lower floor and the bedroom with another idle room supposedly a study and the bathroom on the upper floor. No bedside table, no alarm clock, no phone in the room. Not enough counter top for make up and toiletries and very dark. The hairdryer is using a Singapore three legged plug and no adapter available. Staff had no knowledge of the surrounding and led me the wrong direction and got lost in the process.
The rooms are tiny apartments, with low headroom, cheaply constructed furniture and loft type bedroom. There are two elevators, one broken out of service and the other one working poorly, with a guy riding it, resetting breakers, getting stuck on floors and slow. The elevator shakes and makes scraping noises as it travels. The front desk said there are no stairs I can use to go to my apt.
