The location was favorable, offering immediate proximity to the waterfront and convenient pedestrian access to several retail establishments. However, the assigned room did not meet my expectations, as it provided a street view rather than the anticipated ocean view. Upon arrival, the room presented a minor odor, which was subsequently addressed and resolved within two days. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.

Location is prime, this was our 4th time staying at the Sea Palace. Employees are very helpful and amazing. Sadly, our room was not clean, we complained about having insects in our room, small roaches in the kitchen and they only gave us bug spray for it. Then, they came to spray the room but it didn't solve the problem. Really hope they solve this issue so it can keep being a great place to stay.
