Fantastic value for the apartment you get. It's a "hotel" in terms of being staffed/having amenities, but it's not your normal hotel. It's a fully furnished apartment. Very, very comfortable stay. If I were going back to Mendoza, I'd immediately book here again, without thinking twice. Highly recommend!!!

I did like the location and the staff was very nice. I stayed on the first floor, with view to the street. Very noisy, there's a bakery right below, and they worked every night, you could hear and smell everything inside the bakery.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was great. Instead of a conventional room key, access is provided by a number combination that is sent by message via WhatsApp, which additionally serves as a convenient communications line with staff for any requests during the stay. Several restaurants within walking distance. Very pleasant stay in Mendoza!

Nice and comfortable

Nice, simple, clean, comfortable, located in a beautiful part of Mendoza. The 2nd time we stayed at Uvas for a short rip and plan to stay here again!

Excellent location. Clean, modern building. Heaters worked well. Responsive, friendly staff. Hot water was only luke warm - not great for showering in the winter.

This property tries hard to please. While the rooms are a bit dated the location is good and the daily rate for the shoulder season seemed fairly priced. Take note of the arcane check-in policies.

The property does not match the pictures. It is run-down, unclean, and has an unpleasant odor. The bed skirt, which reaches all the way to the floor, appears to have never been changed and is extremely dirty. In addition, the bathtub is very small and definitely not suitable for elderly guests or those with limited mobility, as it is the only way to take a shower. On the positive side, the location is walkable, convenient, and safe, and the reception staff were nice and welcoming.

We need to change room as our toilet was leeking. We were moved to a bigger room however this room was facing a busy intersection. On our first night we didn’t get much sleep. The noise such as buses and motorcycles driving by was really loud. They offered to relocate us to a different room but it was our last night and too tired to pack up our gear once again. Rooms not clean. Bed skirts need to be cleaned. Also a strong unpleasant perfum scent in the rooms. We opened the patio door to air some of it out. It wasn’t expensive so I guess it was to be expected.

Not a great mendoza experience

This property looks nice on the photos but it in pretty terrible condition 1. Our balcony doors didn't lock so any intruder could have walked in. I had to go the doors together with a coat.hangee for security 2. The listing says we get a queen bed. It was a double a s we couldn't both for in the bed. 3. The place was pretty dirty and gross 4. The road noise from busses passing all night made it impossible to sleep 5. Beds were low quality and very uncomfortable 6. The couch cover has stains and grime all over it Overall, not a great place. Glad we were in the room for a total of 8 hours

Não são confiáveis, principalmente se vc tiver alguma dificuldade na língua. Fiz uma viagem passando por Paraguai, Argentina e Uruguai. Várias cidades… foi o pior estabelecimento que fiquei. Não vale o custo-benefício.

Usaram de má fé

Me senti muito enganada, agiram de má fé comigo. Fiz reserva de 2 quartos, porém houve uma desistência, comprei sem reembolso e tentei ver se eles conseguiam liberar um quarto para mim, com uma certa antecedência, já que era alta temporada. Eles me pediram para fazer uma nova reserva, que cancelariam a outra, insistiram que só conseguiriam o cancelamento se houvesse uma nova reserva. Depois que fiz a nova reserva pararam de me responder nas mensagens e no apart falaram que não podiam fazer nada. Que já estava pago pela plataforma. Paguei 3 aptos e usei apenas 1.

Condições e limpeza ruins

As fotos não correspondem à realidade. O apartamento está Velho e mal cuidado. Vazamento de água no banheiro. Portas bem deterioradas. Limpeza péssima, precisamos reclamar. Saia da cama de casal super suja, encardida mesmo. Não recomendo. Se voltar a Mendoza não ficaria mais nesse lugar.
