The staff were amazing. They made sure we had a lovely stay. They went far & beyond to organise a bottle of champane,chocolates & a helium balloon on arrival for my daughter's birthday & a cot for my grandson.The view was spectacular,we had city & river views. Comfortable beds,very clean hotel. Perfect location to shops & restaurants. We will be back.
