There were issues with our first room, but they reached out to see how things were going, and when we let them know, they quickly moved us to a much nicer room. We were very happy with the outcome and would recommend them to family and friends.

room was not as clean as I would have liked it. floor was sticky and there was a mold spot on the bathroom ceiling, beach is great and the fire pit next door was good, staff was very friendly. did not like the door set up as we had to walk around the building to enter our room but it had two sliding doors to the parking lot.

The blinds of the bedroom let the outside lights come in directly so it was really hard to sleep well. Although it says the hotel is front beach, the rooms assigned are not in front of the beach. You need to walk to the lobby which is about one block from the room to see/be in the ocean.

When I entered the room, both smoke detectors were beeping. I had to disconnect them and remove the batteries. Later, I discovered that the toilet wasn’t working. There was a plunger next to it and it didn’t work either. So the toilet was quite nasty during my stay, but I don’t expect that’s normal. The kitchen was too small to be considered a kitchen, but at least the fridge and the microwave both worked. The bed was quite comfortable and I slept well. Parking is a real problem.

I specifically chose this hotel because it has a pool & hot tub. What they did not mention was that they own 2 side by side resorts, & that the pool, hot tub & other amenities are on the other (more expensive) resort. While we had access to all, it meant either a frigid walk or wet drive back to our suite. The Wi-Fi was down when we first arrived, & very spotty. We had to use my daughter’s Mobil Hotspot to access Netflix. They leave no information about the suite, so found out the next morning that the fridge that I placed food in wasn’t on. Also couldn’t find the kitchen supplies. The only saving grace was the staff. Chantel went above & beyond to help out in any way she could. While I liked the location, I can’t say that I’ll go back again

Lovely little place!

Yes it was March and cold and dreary but the hot tub in the room, the fireplace, and the kitchenette made it so cozy!! Would definitely stay here again!
