Good location in town on the beach. Everything was clean and well kept. Was a nice break from the huge resorts. Seaweed was no different here than anywhere else but they tried to keep it cleaned up.

Everything about the property was great except the bed! That was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. Aside from that, location was amazing the Luciana beach club is now seperate and to use you have to spend about $400 pesos which wasn’t bad. Never got to go to the Carmen roof top which is what’s included now with the stay

Great hotel Very helpful for the check-in process as we arrived earlier they agreed to keep our luggages Our room was great Good location The only this is the beach club link to the hotel requested a minium consumable if you want to use their beds even you are a guest at the hotel. And the sound is very very loud which makes it hard to rest

The only thing no hot water to take a shower. Maintenance person leaves at 8:00 pm so had to go to another room to be able to take a shower other then that just the inconvenience.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was nice and the ‘partial’ ocean view was lovely. The staff was organized and courteous. The attached beach cabanas and restaurant was exemplary along with their staff and food. Granted, this is a Mexican hotel so be prepared for construction ‘oddities’ and smaller bathroom dimensions. Nothing unsafe just quirky. A lovely lovely place in the heart of the action of Playa del Carmen

The Luciana was fine. I liked the location. Its really right between the beach and La Quinta Ave. I actually found it to be a fairy quiet place considering location. The only thing i would complain about was no hot water in shower. But after a hot day on the beach and roof top pool it was still ok.
