Staff service levels was poor. Apart from the one or two who were helpful, in general not really that helpful. As an example on departure was waiting for the bus in the lounge as instructed - bus apparently came and left (outside), without hotel/receptionist informing us of this. All we were told was the "Bus has left and I cannot give you refund". That wasn't exactly a solution. The property is in Keflavink most of the tours leave from Reykjavik - so it's really inconvenient, bus to airport is only available in the morning. Buses to the capital cost a bomb... I would not recommned staying here - but finding somewhere in downtown is far better. 絶対おすすめいたしません。不便です。サービスも適当。アイスランド全体そうかもしれません。

Ruined the last day of my honeymoon

You didn’t send the hotel the info so I could not check in I was waiting at the desk for over an hour I had to make expensive phone calls to get it sorted you kept me on hold for over 25 minutes and then hung up , I had to wait at the reception for all this time with my luggage and it was late at night on the final day of my honeymoon you ruined it . I work in the travel industry as a manager and I will not be recommending this hotel or you as a booking site You didn’t do your job properly The resolve of the issue was prolonged and very expensive The hotel itself is like a prison it’s so basic and has no facilities not even tea in the room just a kettle nothing else Tv didn’t work The whole area was tired dated and the staff were unhelpful

It is 10 min away from the airport which is good. Plenty of car parking spaces. The rooms and bathroom are big. However there is nothing to do in the area. But that’s the hotels fault. Simple breakfast option.

Is what it is

I know this is a hostel type place, however it gave the option to reserve a room with a private bath. That is what I reserved, however we did not get that, instead we had a room with a shared bath. Other then that you get what you pay for. It is convenient close to the airport with a short cheap bus ride, shuttle is $6 a person to the airport. No frills, just make sure you know what you are getting.

More like a hostel or low-income apartment complex. Room was clean but smelled bad. The hotel is a group of buildings in various conditions. Our building was supposedly one of the newer ones. It was a but difficult to find as it was among several apartment buildings.

Ottima posizione a 10 minuti dall'aeroporto, ideale per chi deve partire molto presto. Silenzioso, non si sentono gli aerei. Personale molto gentile. Avevamo due camere con ingresso e bagno in comune, spaziose e pulite. Bagno grande con vasca.

機場接駁車沒有提供接機接駁車！

雖然沒有電梯但飯店便宜舒適，披薩好吃！ 缺點是機場接駁只有送機，卻沒有提供接機，我們只能從機場搭Taxi到飯店相當不方便。

Huone oli siivottu hyvin pikaisesti. Roskia lattialla, WC oli jäänyt edelliseltä asukilta vetämättä eikä sitä ollut siivottu kun kanttakaan ei oltu avattu. Rakennus 747 oli tullut uutena tarjontaan, Respassa ei ollut karttaa rakennukseen (tulostin rikki) ja rakennuksen etsintä kesti siitä syystä kauan. Huone oli kuuma, sillä patteri oli päällä koko ajan termostaatista huolimatta. Jouduttiin nukkumaan ikkuna auki.

Price was reasonable, especially for Iceland. Furniture was quite basic but adequate, including refrigerator and hot water pot for instant coffee and tea. Some mold in caulking around bathtub, but nice towel heater. Staff were helpful in changing reservation to room that was closer to shuttle bus. Shuttle bus was prompt, and took only about 10 minutes to airport for about $5pp. Definitely recommend as good base camp for launch or wrap-up of Iceland tour.

Good for proximity to airport and price. Wouldn’t stay here unless you have an early flight. Building is located away from reception (need to drive to the building after check in) and there is no elevator if you have heavy suitcases.
