The staff was extremely inviting, professional, and kind. Parking was extremely easy we stayed in villa 3939. It was very large, clean, and had a great view. The property was conveniently located within the area and very walkable. It is very dark at night but we felt safe walking back from dinner. I’d definitely recommend this property for a quiet and peaceful getaway.

I liked

I really liked the accommodations, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the receptionist was attentive. Two things that were not as advertised are that there is no hot tub/jacuzzi as mentioned and posted in the photos and the other is that you have to pay for parking or a fee to enter the complex that the hotel said would be refunded at checkout but this did not happen.

I got there and the elevator was broken for 3 days my mom and I are handicapped and they gave me a room on the 5th floor ( the last) no one came to do the room during the day I had to put the trash away myself, on the check out no one helps me with the language I have to bring down my luggage by myself with my daughter help. the service was terrible. I will never ever stay there

The villa was super clean and very spacious for our family. Close to Harbourtown. The pool was not very clean and I couldnt find pool towels anywhere, the hot tub was closed. The lady at the front desk at check in was super helpful, however, the lady on the 2nd day couldnt help us with a boat tour we inquired about, or where to get ice.

We asked for a wheelchair accessible room. We were so surprised to actually get one that was. The master bed was not so high that my husband could not get in it. There were bars in the bathroom to help him stand. He could roll his wheelchair into the shower and sit on the bench provided. This was such a change from other places we stayed at. There was plenty of room for 6 of us. We truly enjoyed it.

Marriott Harbour Club - Great Vacation Spot

The Marriott Harbour Club on Hilton Head is absolutely fantastic. The service is great - the Staff is friendly and goes above & beyond. The 2 Bedroom Villas went beyond our expectations - they are spacious & have everything you need for a great stay. Each bedroom has its own Jacuzzi tub which is a nice benefit. Each bathroom is also very spacious and nice. And lastly the location is very convenient and just a short walk to shopping, dining & the Lighthouse. We can't say enough about Marriott Harbour Club and we can't wait to come back.
