Quiet and central location, bad condition room

Our room had a lot of issues that also haven't been followed up during our holliday stay. Like broken shower, bad flushing of sanitaire, toilet not fixed to Floor , broken laundry rack, etc. Despite the Nice location this doesn't give you the holliday feeling for which you pay a lot!
