Spend the day catching some rays at the beach, relaxing by one of Lyfe Resort & Residences's 2 outdoor swimming pools or pampering yourself at the full-service spa. Each apartment provides a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave. For a bit of entertainment, a flat-screen TV comes with cable channels, and guests can also appreciate conveniences, such as a washer/dryer and a sofa bed. Housekeeping is available once per stay.
Lyfe Resort & Residences offers 400 air-conditioned accommodations with washers/dryers and a safe. Rooms open to balconies. This accommodation is furnished with single sofa beds, desks and dining tables. Beds feature premium bedding. Accommodation at this 4.5-star aparthotel has kitchens with full-sized fridge/freezers, stovetops, microwaves and kitchenware and utensils. It was dirty, I cleaned it to be comfortable. No one that works there speaks English no maid services just more set up for the young. In the description from my reading I thought it would be exquisite but for me . No more Lyfe resort, all n all I made the best of it, it was my anniversary

The beach was dirty, the apartment was not clean, and we did not have internet during our stay. Customer service never answered our calls or helped resolve the internet issue. This trip was very disappointing and felt like a waste of money. The beach especially was full of branches and debris. We have stayed at other places before where the beaches were much cleaner and better maintained.

Very bad experience for a 4-star hotel. The price is reasonably cheaper, but you truly get what you pay for. Nearby hotels may cost a little more, but it’s worth checking their reviews to compare the quality. This hotel clearly needs a complete management change—right now, it feels like the attitude is “you get what you paid for, so just accept it.

The rooms are not very clean. To replace the towels, guests need to bring them downstairs to exchange for clean ones. The phones in the rooms do not work. It takes a long time for the elevators to arrive.

The location is excellent; the staff was very easy going and courteous, they tried their best to help me with the issues that We have with our room. From my initial early checking time, we found the A/C unit not working properly, right away I contacted the front desk, they tried to resolve the issue but not solution was found, after several attends to find the problem with the unit without any positive results, eventually the whole apartment inside temperature was exceeding 85 degrees, it was unbearable to live in. We were offered another room late Sunday on the last night of our rental agreement. Some other issues with the building are the elevator use to move guess up and down with one single elevator to support the heavy traffic of residents specially on a long weekend like this Memorial Day. The communication from our room between guess and the front desk is very limited if not impossible, I had to make personal trips down to the lobby to let them know about the problems with our A/C unit.

One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We booked and paid for an oceanfront room, but after finding roaches in the room we were moved to a room that was NOT oceanfront. When we spoke with management the next morning(because they do not have a manager on duty overnight), the manager (Hispanic Female) told us that because we booked through a third-party website and received a “discount,” we “didn’t actually pay full price” for the oceanfront room and that the downgraded room was “basically what we paid for.” Completely unacceptable response. The problems continued throughout our stay. The hotel’s key system kept going down, and we were locked out of our room THREE separate times because only security had working keys. One night we waited over 15 minutes for help getting back into our room. When my husband understandably became frustrated, the front desk employee yelled at him, said she “didn’t care” because the regular staff had called out and she was from a temp agency, and threatened to have him removed from the hotel. We also called multiple times for toilet paper and no one ever brought any, forcing us to go buy our own..... when have you ever had to buy your own toilet paper in a hotel??? Between the roaches, room downgrade, repeated lockouts, poor customer service, and hostile staff behavior, this stay was beyond disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

The listing advertised a high-rise, ocean-facing luxury room in a 41-floor building. Instead, I was placed on the 5th floor—barely above a neighboring building that significantly blocked the ocean view. This was extremely disappointing and not what was represented. I asked the front desk if I could move to a higher floor (preferably 20 or above), even offering to pay an upgrade fee. I was told, in a dismissive tone, that nothing could be done. Although they admitted there were available rooms, they said that because I booked through Expedia, I would have to pay for an entirely new reservation—and that the amount I had already paid would be forfeited. Additionally, the front desk incorrectly told me that I had only booked a “side ocean view,” not an oceanfront room. When I got to the room, it was clear that I had in fact booked oceanfront, and that the front desk was mistaken. This added unnecessary frustration and confusion. Staff should be familiar with their room layouts—especially when, on the 5th floor, all rooms are front ocean-facing. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the experience and the attitude of the front desk staff. I used to enjoy staying at this hotel, but due to the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unwillingness to assist, I will not be returning.
