It was very nice that the room was quiet, clean, and had a washing machine. The refrigerator was large, and the room had everything I needed. However, there weren’t many staff members, so even when I requested something at the front desk, it took 30 minutes and I had to call again. That was a downside. There are many shops and a supermarket nearby, and the station isn’t far, but the surrounding area didn’t feel particularly safe.

The Sanctum Hotel on Belsize Road in London offers a stylish, well‑located base in a quiet but convenient part of NW3, just a short walk from Belsize Park Underground and the lively shops and cafés of Belsize Village. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with a boutique feel, and the staff are professional and happy to help with directions or local tips, which makes it a respectable choice for a short stay in North London. That said, guests should know that the hotel does **not have an on‑site restaurant or bar**, and there are **no public restrooms in the property** beyond the rooms and corridors. If you’re planning to have a meal or coffee inside the building, you’ll need to rely on nearby options. The good news is that Belsize Road and the surrounding area are lined with independent cafés, pubs, and restaurants, so there are several places to eat and grab a drink within a 5–10 minute walk. Fantastic hotel and wonderful staff

everything was clean, the staff was kind and friendly, and it was so silent at night. Full size fridge and cooking utensils etc. I do wish they provided a packet of anti-bac wipes so we could wipe down the surfaces, but we did have soap and a sponge. the shower had both rainfall and handheld which was amazing. 100% would stay again.
