We stayed for a couple of days with 2 kids and we had a great tine. The apartment was spacious, clean and in walking distance from the Opera and City Center. Communication with our host was great and we would come back again.

Location is super close to metro station & great food options close by. Host was nice but given WiFi did not work, contact/ communication was sporadic. - [ ] Pictures are staged for multiple apts, so not indicative of the unit that will be yours - [ ] Front door lock is tricky to open - [ ] Washer does not work well ( standing water in the detergent tray) - [ ] bathroom sink leaks into the top drawer of the vanity - [ ] No extra toilet rolls or toiletries - [ ] Lighting is very dim - [ ] no central a/c so have to keep the windows open, but extremely noisy/busy street especially at night * 2 oscillating fans /tower * Humid in the apt during the summer months * If you leave the window open, smoke from the outside comes in from people smoking downstairs

Leiligheten var nedslitt og gammel! I stuen var det en liten sofa, plass til kun to. Møblene framsto skitne, det lå et hvitt pledd over sofaputene pga flekker. Generelt dårlig utstyrt, sliten og ABSOLUTT ikke verd prisen!

Apartamento centrico pero pequeño para una familia

Limpieza buena y toallas de buena calidad. Habia menaje de cocina que es muy comodo tambien. La decepcion es el vater que esta aparte y en una habitacion bastante pequeña…Ademas, reservamos el apartamento por tener 2 habitaciones con 4 camas individuales y al llegar vimos que una de las camas era supletoria y la habian puesto en el salón! Asi que muy decepcionados porque la idea no es tener el salón de dormitorio… El suelo sonaba muchisimo y en cuanto alguien se movia despertaba a todo el mundo… El apartamento es muy centrico, pero se queda corto para una familia, solo lo recomendaria para una pareja. Comunicación muy buena con el alojamiento ya que estaban disponibles por email y por telefono (SMS) en todo momento.

Perfect location to walk about city and access underground. Lots of shopping, theatre and sight seeing within 10 to 15 walk. Grocery store less than 5 min away. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots knives etc: naschtmarket less than 5 min away..great spot for quick good restaurants. Try Kojiro sushi restaurant! Would stay again!

Not ideal for people who need A/C

We went there at August 2018, it was about 34 degrees daily and on the top floor, yet there is no air conditioning, only electric fans. The owner responded in a very slow pace too. Other than that, the rooms are clean, quite airy, good amenities and even provided a welcoming gift.

オペラ座から徒歩圏内のきれいなアパートメント

オペラ座から徒歩10分くらいのところにあるアパートメント。地下鉄の駅も近く、とても便利。室内は清潔で、ベッドリネンがヨーッロパらしくて素敵でした。冷蔵庫、鍋・食器類、洗濯機はもちろんのこと、洗濯洗剤やバンドエイドまで生活に必要なものは一通りあって困ることがなかった。何よりオーナさんが気さくで素敵な方です。ウエルカムプレゼントのワインがあったり、子供たちにキャンディーが包んであったり心づかいが素晴らしい。また是非、泊まりたいです。

Great apartment in convenient location.

Family go four including two teenage sons. We used this apartment as a base for a three day stay in Vienna. We didn't use the kitchen to cook in but it looked well equipped. All beds were comfy, and everything spotlessly clean. We only met Eva when we arrived, which was in the small hours of the morning due to a delayed flight, but she was ever so friendly and helpful having stayed up to welcome us. If we had a reservation it was the one small and cramped WC in the apartment but this is a minor quibble. On the whole, highly recommended.

Stunning apartments, best location, great perks

A group of us rented the Bangkok apartment for a long weekend in Vienna. We couldn't stop talking about how incredible it was, especially given the price we paid. It is spacious, bright, well-furnished, and beautifully decorated. It is clear that a lot of thought and love is put into everything. We felt at home right away. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed- fully stocked kitchen, laundry, toiletries and hairdryer, and best of all, a portable wifi modem! We carried it around with us and had free wifi throughout our whole trip. The location is also fantastic. It is right on the edge of the Inner Stadt, which meant that we walked virtually everywhere and saved a ton of money on public transportation and taxis. We even walked to the opera in heels- that's how close everything was. The neighbourhood has some good restaurants and a couple of grocery stores. It's also right by the market! Our hosts were responsive ahead of time and very flexible with check in and check out. The whole experience was wonderful and we are going to spread the word about these gorgeous apartments!
